Can I bring my system prompt, memories and skills from Claude or ChatGPT into the Votel AI assistant?

Yes. You can move three things over from Claude, ChatGPT or another AI system:

1. The system prompt. Open the AI assistant, go to Assistant settings and edit the system prompt to change how the assistant behaves by default.
2. Memories. Add them to the assistant, including memories you exported from another AI system.
3. Skills. Import skills from other places, or create your own, on the Skills tab of Assistant settings.

If you would rather keep working in Claude or ChatGPT itself, connect it to your Votel account through MCP (Settings, then API MCP) and it can work in your CRM directly.
