Does Votel have trigger links or click tracking for SMS and email?

Votel does not call them trigger links. Click tracking is built in. Every link sent out in SMS and email is tagged with the contact, so when the contact clicks it we know who it is, and you can see whether they clicked.

To start an automation from a click, use a click trigger. For emails there is an Email link clicked trigger, and you can add a condition such as URL contains to choose which link.
