How do I automate a deliverable, such as ad creative, for every new client?

Build it as an automation in Agents with a form trigger. Have each new client fill out a client intake form (business name, business description and so on), and use that form submission to trigger the workflow.

Example for ad creative:

1. Add a Sub agent step: "Generate 10 ad angles for this type of business", inserting the variables from the form (business name, business description). Set a structured output field, for example ad_angles.
2. Add a second Sub agent step: create three concepts for each ad angle for this type of business, inserting the previous step's output (ad_angles). Save its output as ad_concepts.
3. Add Generate image steps. One Generate image step makes one image, so split the concepts into separate outputs (for example ad_concept_one and ad_concept_two) and use one image step per concept with that concept as the prompt.

You can string steps like these together to get the same multistep process you would run in chat. A multistep process makes the AI work through the task in a set way, which improves the result.

You can also add a Create website step to build a website from the client's business information. Anything you can build by hand you can also build by telling the AI assistant what you want and asking it to build the workflow.
